Eden Prairie Volleyball Association (EPVA) Fall Programs run September through October with all practices held at the Eden Prairie High School Activity Center (EPHS AC). Programs are open to all girls entering Kindergarten through 8th grade. You do not have to be a resident of Eden Prairie to participate in the EPVA Fall programs. The only requirements are a good pair of gym shoes, knee pads and willingness to work hard and have fun while learning and playing the sport of volleyball. We supply the rest including a team t-shirt!
Please refer to your daughter’s grade level below for specific program details. Register on-line at epvolleyball.com. If you have questions, please contact: Fall Program Committee Chair ShaRae Matousek at
Other highlights of the Fall Programs include:
· EPHS Varsity Clinics – Our EP High School Volleyball Team will provide skill training during a few of the practices. This is an opportunity for the younger girls to learn from the best! The High School players are great role models for our young athletes.
· EP Varsity VB Game – During one of the Thursday practices, arrangements will be made for the girls to watch part of a home Varsity Game being played in the small gym next to the Activity Center gyms.
· End of Season Tournament - This will be hosted after the last practice of the season.
Parent Volunteer Coaches Needed!
Our community-based Volleyball Association relies on parent volunteers to coach the rec program teams. Two coaches are needed for every 10 girls participating in the program. Please consider volunteering as a coach for your daughter’s team. A Coaching Clinic conducted by the Head EPHS Varsity Coach is offered before the start of the season (see Master Calendar). On-going coach support from the Program Director and the Rec Program Coordinator is also available during all practices. Parent volunteer Team Managers are also needed for each team. Also, in order to guarantee your daughter will be placed on a team with a specific "buddy" an adult must sign up for a volunteer position during registration. For more information or answers to your volunteer questions, please contact: Fall Program Committee Chair ShaRae Matousek at
